The Pleasance House Safehouse is a house the player can purchase at Pleasance House in Cholla Springs.
Description[]
A small house in the wilderness with a table, dresser, and bed inside.
In addition to the ability to use the bed to save their game, the player may change outfits at this Safehouse.
Background[]
The player is tasked with obtaining the deed in the Stranger side-mission "Water and Honesty". After securing the deed, and thus the rights to use the safehouse, the player may choose to keep the deed to continue to use the safehouse or give it to Andrew McAllister in exchange for $220.
Pleasance House is not a safehouse necessary to achieve 100% Completion, but the player must give it to McAllister to complete the stranger mission. The deed can be recovered by killing him and looting his corpse.
