Post Offices are locations in Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Redemption 2. Post offices provide four services, with the latter option in Red Dead Redemption:
- Receiving letters
- Sending letters
- Purchasing train tickets
- Paying bounties
There are eleven post offices in Red Dead Redemption 2 throughout the map, seven of which contain train stations, both in towns and in the country. Outside most of the post offices is a stagecoach offering fast travel to various locations.
Furthermore, after completion of the Josiah Trelawny mission "Friends in Very Low Places". the post office clerks in Rhodes and Strawberry, Alden Carruthers and Hector Barlow, if paid two dollars will provide the player with information about stagecoaches which can be robbed.
