Repentance Rock is a natural formation in Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Redemption 2. It is a large group of rather steep rock formations in the middle of the Río Bravo region of the New Austin territory.

During the night, wolves frequently spawn in the area. They are easily lured by bait, though they can be found quickly by simply roaming nearby for a little while. Deer also spawn here, but fewer in number. The legendary Jackalope can be found here when the player downloads the Hunting and Trading Outfits DLC. Cougars can spawn here as well, but are harder to find.

With the addition of the Myths and Mavericks DLC, a gang shootout can take place here in multiplayer. However, there are no guns or ammo chests but lots of cougars. The players can find dynamite on the peak of the area.

Also the showdown is done by a Tomahawk instead of a Sawed-off Shotgun or a pistol.

In the center of the rock formation is a one large outcropping. If it is approached from the southwest and look east, an area can be seen where the player can climb up to the top. At the top of the outcropping is a chest containing money. The path to the top is steep and easy to fall off of.

There is a small campsite along the north face of the large rock outcropping.
