Roanoke Valley is a natural formation in Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online in the Roanoke Ridge region of the New Hanover territory.

- Whispers of a deceased couple - Eugene Hutton and Ethel Boshared - can be heard when the player approaches the forest east of the valley, by the left of the "O" in “ROANOKE” on the player map . They can appear at night and during the day.

Roanoke Valley is located west northwest of the "A" and first "O" of Roanoke Ridge. It can also be navigated northwest of Brandywine Drop.
