Role Tokens are a special currency that is featured in Red Dead Online. They can be used to unlock new skills or items for Specialist Roles.
Every 5 ranks tier have a kit of items that are unique to each Role. Unlocking the item, allows the player to purchase it at retail price.
Unlocking a Role Rank earns Role Tokens and at certain ranks the player also unlock new skills such as the Bounty Hunter ability to duck for protection on horseback.
