Roscoe Brenner is a resident of the town of Tumbleweed, where he runs the local gunsmith store circa 1907.
Events of Red Dead Redemption 2[]
The player can buy ammunition or new weapons, customise existing weapons, and purchase gear such as gun oil, a bandolier, or gun belts from Brenner's store. Additionally, Brenner's store lets out a bath and a hotel room, which the player can use for 25 cents and $1 respectively.
Brenner's fate following Tumbleweed's abandonment is unknown.

- If the player tries to rob him, he will pull out his Cattleman Revolver and fire at them. He may attract the attention of the law and end up in a shootout with them.
- His voice actor, Gene Jones, previously voiced Sheriff Bartlett in Red Dead Revolver.
