She shares the character model with her Single Player counterpart "Mary Lou".
She is the only playable zombie that is a female.
Judging by her name, she could be a reference to Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese, the parents of John Connor in the Terminator series.
Her hair is visible when crouched behind a short wall and can be shot.
She resembles an infected Undead Prostitute and as such many Fresh undead and Bolters encountered in the single player Undead Nightmare Campaign bear a slight resemblance to her.
