Serpent Mound is a point of interest in Red Dead Redemption 2. It lies west of Van Horn Trading Post.

- Serpent Mound is most likely based on the real-life Great Serpent Mound in Ohio, USA.
- There is a tower on the north side which can be climbed to inspect the site and acquire the journal entry.
- The third Poisonous Trail Treasure Map can be found in the center of the oval-shaped rock formation at the westernmost end of the mound.
