The Stone Hatchet is a weapon featured in Red Dead Redemption 2. It cannot be customized.

The return of a lost relic from the old frontier is on the horizon. Keep a lookout for the first clue to unlocking this unique totem later this week.[1]

It can be found at the Native Burial site north of Owanjila, if the player has an active GTA Online account.
As of update 1.21, it is no longer displayed in the compendium.
Like with all unique hatchets, the player should be warned that they must catch the hatchet back every time after throwing it, as it is not restored automatically to the Weapons Wheel like the other main weapons when it is dropped on the ground, which means if they don't recover it, they risk losing it for the rest of the game.
GTA Online[]
As part of the After Hours Update[2], completing 5 total bounty targets for Maude Eccles in GTA Online, will give the player the location of the Stone Hatchet.
If the player commits 25 kills with the Stone Hatchet, it will be unlocked in Red Dead Redemption 2.
