Are you sure who made this character page, that this Felix Milner is a real person, course i've had played Red Dead from 2010 now and since then I have been trying to find out character names, and I haven't seen anyone who fits to your description about this man, you know, glasses and brown hat or found a guy with this name, so have you seen him in multiplayer or singleplayer?
