The Coliseum is a location in Red Dead Revolver's Showdown Mode. It is an extra multiplayer level exclusive to Xbox players.
Description[]
It consists of a large number of buildings that serve as tall walls, passages leading to several platforms, and metal bars that cover the awning of the coliseum.
Layout[]
This is a circular area filled with wooden walls that create an intricate labyrinth in the center and a tall structure on the outside - including a passageway between the structure and the outer wall of the arena.
It has virtually no open spaces, but you can still force a confrontation by simply jumping on the roof of the maze in the center of the arena and using it as part of the battlefield.
There is also a Gatling Gun and it is placed on a higher platform that offers good protection for the player.
Trivia[]
- The map is heavily based on the Stadium levels made by Rockstar Games for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
