The Course of True Love III is a mission in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Mission Overview[]
At the request of Beau, Arthur drives Penelope and other protesters through Rhodes as they participate in a women's suffrage rally lead by Olive Calhoon.
Story[]
After delivering Penelope's letter to Beau, he will grow alarmed, due to reading that she is planning on joining a march for the women's suffrage movement. Beau tells Arthur that her life is in danger, and he will gladly pay money in exchange for his help in stopping her. After arriving at the stagecoach that the protesters are riding in, they confront Penelope. She refuses to leave, although she allows Arthur to drive the carriage, so that he can protect her. Arthur will drive the carriage through Rhodes, before dismounting, which then, as the protesters are protesting, Beau’s cousins, Iain and Scott, who notice Beau and attempts to take him. Arthur then excuses them and they leave, with Iain and Scott briefly following them into the alley beside the Bank of Rhodes. The player can choose whether to defuse the cousins, in which, they will let Arthur and Beau go, or knock them out. Either way, Arthur and Beau then ride their horses to Bolger Glade. Afterwards, Beau pays Arthur for his troubles.
