Theo Crenshaw is one of the Legendary characters who can be selected in the Outfitter. His character model is unlocked upon reaching Multiplayer Level 50 and passing into Legend for the 4th time. Theo wears a large hat, a green jacket, and has double bandoliers strapped across his chest.

- He uses the same character model as Cristo Bustamante.
- Theo shares his surname with Kittie Crenshaw, a prostitute who is often found in Armadillo and Blackwater.
- He also shares his surname with Lincoln Crenshaw, a deceased character buried in the Tumbleweed cemetery.
