Twiggy can be unlocked as a playable character in Showdown Mode by either completing "Ugly Streetfight" on Bounty Hunter Mode or purchasing the Straw Pipe.

Twiggy Phelps is a bandit who is not particularly good at what he does, surviving only due to his significant skinniness making him a difficult target.

As with many NPCs in Red Dead Revolver, Twiggy is more of a character type than a single character. Versions of him are encountered and killed in several missions at different locations.
