Double Xp for turning off auto aim or just disable it

I dont like the cheap auto aim makes the game boring and when i turn it off my enemies have it on which is a big advantage, i try to find lobbies that have it off but i cant find one sometimes. I think we should get some kind off reward if we have it off like double xp or have R* disable it online. i mean Gears is fun with no auto aim and Uncharted is fun with no auto aim and aim assist.
