100% completion

Well i just got My 100% completion today, capturing the last needed Bounty in Chuparosa. And I think it would be interesting to know how you people earned it. For example: Doing the last mission, discovering all the areas etc... Or if you doesn't made it yet it would be interesting too to know what must be done yet to achieve the 100%.
