Nothing is known of Virgil's background, although, judging by his attire, he seems to be fairly well-to-do.
Interactions
Virgil can most often be found around Blackwater, loitering around the movie theater as well as the train station. And on rare occasions he can be seen taking part in a petty criminal act such as horse theft. Virgil can also be captured or killed for nightwatch job.

- Virgil wears the same outfit as Kurt Lauterback, with the exception that Kurt wears a bow-tie rather than a neck tie.
- Virgil shares the same character head as Roy Twaddle, Jeb Murphy, Coke Buckley, Tobias Finkelstein, Gus McCallum and Grady Underwood.
