Nothing is known of Wade's background. Judging from his outfit and locale, it is possible he could be a former engineer who now works as a manual worker.

Wade can usually be found in the Pacific Union Railroad Camp, where he will be fixing crates, smoking in the locomotive room, chopping wood or fixing a train track with a hammer.

Undead Nightmare[]
He can be found defending the town of Plainview along with Lloyd Duffy and Charlie Bengle. If Plainview is saved, and Wade survives, he will stay on the top of one of the oil derricks.
Trivia[]
- His clothing is similar to that of Solomon Flake and Otis Pope, who he appears to be close with.
- Similarly to Lloyd Duffy and Bengle, Wade does not appear in Plainview at all in the base game.
- He appears to share a character head with Walter Bearden and Tobias Weldon.
- In Undead Nightmare, Wade is armed with a Rolling Block Rifle and is missing his hat.
