White Cougar is a character in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Background

The white cougar is a rare female alabaster-colored cougar who lives in a cave just north of Strawberry, near the top of Mount Shann in the Big Valley region of West Elizabeth.

This cougar has eaten any human hunters who've entered her cave to hunt her.

Events of Red Dead Redemption 2

Winton Holmes suggests to Arthur Morgan to hunt her to pay off his debt.

Winton's corpse is found by Arthur, bloody and covered in scratches and bite wounds. Not far from his body is the Cougar. Arthur opens fire and successfully kills the cat. Its skin is later sold to pay off Holmes' debt.
