Willie can commonly be found in and around Manzanita Post. However, he has been known to frequent other locations in West Elizabeth.
Undead Nightmare
In Undead Nightmare, he is one of the missing souls to be located in the "Missing Persons" Side-missions. He is found at Plainview and needs to be returned to Fort Mercer.
Willie can also be found defending Manzanita Post.
