Willy Wilson is known as "Blind Willy" because he refuses to wear spectacles. Since he can't see that well, he likes to use a Gatling Gun so that he doesn't have to aim. Willy likes to travel around the territory helping travelers in need.

Red Harlow encounters "Blind Willy" while on board General Diego's fortified train. Willy is running a handcar along a parallel track and invites Red on board so that he can use the gatling gun mounted on the handcar to attack Diego's train.
