Wyatt works for the Railroad Company, and is stationed at the train station in Manzanita Post. However, he doesn't wear the typical Southwestern Railroad Company outfit for some reason. According to his dialogue, he might have been a gunslinger in his youth.

Wyatt is first seen during the mission "Exodus in America", in which he is intoxicated and stumbles out of the saloon in Armadillo. This is Wyatt's only appearance ever in New Austin.
Wyatt can most often be found at the train station in Manzanita Post. At nights, he will sleep in the backroom of the General store or walk around the first campfire behind the store. Sometimes he can be find riding on a horse through Blackwater.
